Everything was and is fantastic! The customer service, delivery, and chess set—everything was perfect! I gave the set to my father for Christmas, and he loved it. He was especially impressed with the board’s quality and the engraving in his native language. We’ve played nearly every day since Christmas. The only downside is that two white pieces had minor cosmetic flaws. For the price, I would’ve appreciated if they were checked and replaced before shipping. That said, I hardly notice them now, and my dad hasn’t mentioned it. Overall, the process exceeded my expectations. The ordering was easy, the board is amazing, and the pieces feel great! It looks and feels very luxurious, and my dad and I love playing with it. I 100% recommend this seller!
