Which countries do you ship to?

When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order is expected to arrive within 4-12 business days with our carriers. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a FedEx or USPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Do you free ship?
Absolutely! Free shipping is available to numerous countries, including the contiguous 48 states in the US and Canada. However, there are shipping charges for countries like Australia due to high shipping rates in those regions. Simply add your favorite products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and input your address to view your shipping rates.
Can you ship to a PO box?
While we'd love to offer this option, our shipping partners cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.
Do you offer gift wrapping for orders?
Of course! Just select the gift wrapping option while adding your products to the cart, and leave the magic to us.
Returns & Cancellation
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new purchase! If you need to return an item, here are our standard return policies:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery receipt to return the item.
- All item(s) must be returned unused, in their original packaging, along with your order number and contact details for a full refund.
- Only items bought directly from our website qualify for returns.
- Please keep proof of postage as we can't be held responsible for lost parcels in transit.
- Rest assured, we cover the costs of returning the goods to us.

When can I expect my refund after I've returned the product?
Once we receive your return for returns by mail, we will process it within 07–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 07 days after processing the return to reflect on your account.
