This chess board is so uniquely made, such an elegant piece. I was looking for a chessboard that would go well with my neutral brown tone home design and this chessboard was the perfect elements for our home. My husband and I play almost every evening.

Gave this board to my bf as a gift and he cried when he opened it. SO GORGEOUS. Everyone who has seen it in person gasped at first glance and commented on how beautiful it is. I cannot say enough amazing things about this product. The craftsmanship is top notch and pristine; every detail is perfect. The leather, wood, brass and matte resin pieces look sharp, makes the board very classy. The engraving is clean and precise. Toan’s kindness and patience was the best part about this purchase experience - his customer service is unparalleled. Quick to respond, and answered every question I had with utmost transparency and some reference photos. If I could give more stars, I would.
Sophisticated look and feel
This Mah Jong set is very well made, with amazing craftsmanship and impeccable quality. I've been looking for a Mah Jong set online for many years and this one met all my requirements: Tiles are the perfect size, Comes in a nice storage box, sophisticated look and feel. Not to mention the great customer service.
Nothing exists like this board!
The amount of care that Maztermind gave me was astounding. The team answered all of my questions over several days as I was indecisive. Their help was worth everything! For the board itself, it truly lives up to all the quality they claim it has. Nothing exists like this board. The weight on the bottom is finely machined, the wood is smoothly and precisely finished with great care. Now, regarding the size - many people said that it’s “smaller than expected” but the dimensions are accurate and provided in detail in the description. I will say though, because the base of each piece is rather wide, I wish each square was a little bit larger as I prefer just a little bit of wiggle room when placing pieces in their squares as you play. But it is certainly enjoyable to play with and worth the price! See my photos for size reference!
Board and pieces are gorgeous.
The customization plaque is also very nice. Game pieces and dice are nicely weighted and made of expensive feeling materials. Only knock would be on the box/container for the pieces/dice. I get that the container doubles as dice cups but they are just cheap feeling (especially compared to the rest of the set. Also a little frustrating that they pieces don’t fit inside the set, so now I have a nice backgammon set on my coffee table but the pieces in some little container off to the side - would be nice if they could fit inside the box. 9.8/10 and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful backgammon set.
